1. Information we collect

Account information you provide: name, email, phone, and your preferred language.

Operational data your organization enters or generates: customers, properties, jobs and schedules, checklists, incident reports, photos/documents, internal messages, and public booking requests submitted by your own customers.

Usage data: sign-in activity and feature usage needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

To provide and operate the Service, authenticate users, enforce access controls between organizations, send transactional notifications (in-app and email), respond to support requests, and improve the Service.

3. Who we share it with

We use the following categories of service providers to operate House Cleaner:

• Database and authentication hosting (Neon)
• File storage for photos and documents (Vercel Blob)
• Application hosting (Vercel)
• Transactional email (Resend)
• Billing, invoicing, and payment processing, handled by the Tractus IA billing hub
• [When enabled] an automatic translation provider for in-app messages — no such provider is connected yet as of this version of the Service

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.

4. Your organization's customers

If you are a customer of a cleaning company using House Cleaner (rather than a House Cleaner subscriber yourself), your cleaning company controls the personal information it submits about you (name, contact details, address, service notes) and is responsible for its own privacy practices toward you. Requests to access, correct, or delete that information should go to your cleaning company in the first instance; we assist them in fulfilling such requests.

5. Data retention

We retain data for as long as your organization's account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including per-organization data isolation enforced at the application layer and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at comercial@tractus-ia.com to make a request.

8. Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post updates here and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
